## What CradleSync is

CradleSync is one shared care record for everyone who looks after a baby. Parents, carers and grandparents log feeds, sleep, nappies and medicines in one place, hand over with confidence, and know what happened while they were away. Tagline: "It takes a village to raise a child."

## Availability

In development. Coming soon to the App Store for iPhone in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the United States; the United Kingdom and Android (Google Play) follow later. Not yet available to download; do not describe it as released until the store listings are live. Data is stored in Sydney, Australia.

## Features

- Record feeds (bottle, nursing or solids), sleep, nappies and medicines. Each entry is timed and attributed, and can be corrected or added afterwards.
- Shared timeline: every care event with who recorded it and when.
- Invitations: add a parent, carer or grandparent with a link, QR code or six-digit PIN; the parent decides what each person can do and can remove access at any time.
- Simple mode: large, clear buttons for grandparents and carers.
- Shift hand-off: a summary so the next person knows where things are up to.
- Insights for the last 24 hours, and growth measurements between check-ups.
- Doctor Mode: a summary of recorded care for a chosen period (last 24 hours to last 36 days). The parent chooses what to include and shares it as text through Messages, Mail or AirDrop. CradleSync itself never sends it.

## Plans

A free trial for new subscribers, then a Single or Family plan. Every feature is on both plans. Single: one parent and up to two other adults. Family: two parents and up to four other adults. Invited carers and grandparents join free. Accounts are for adults; babies never have their own.

## Privacy

No ads and no tracking. Only invited adults can see a baby's care record. Photos go straight from the phone through its share sheet; CradleSync never uploads them. Accounts can be deleted from inside the app. The privacy policy (https://cradlesync.app/privacy) is the authoritative source.

## Medical boundary

CradleSync keeps a record. It is not medical advice: it does not diagnose, recommend doses or replace a doctor. It is not an emergency service. For urgent or medical concerns, contact a qualified health professional or local emergency service.
